What is an offsite event?
Our professional artists will bring everything you need to have a Muse experience at the venue of your choice! Our talented artists will lead you through the class, and will provide 11×14” gallery-wrapped canvases, easels, our premium brushes, and exclusive acrylic paint.
How can I receive a price quote?
Fill out an offsite event inquiry form by clicking here and selecting “Talk to a Planner.” Within 24 business hours, a member of our team will send you a custom price quote for your unique event, along with additional information about our offsite events.
What types of venues work best for offsite events?
We can be creative to make your event successful no matter the venue! Common venue types include community rooms, clubhouses, banquet halls, and office spaces, but we’ve hosted offsite events at private homes, convention centers, and everything in between!
How long do offsite events last?
Our classes last approximately 2 hours, but let us know if you’re hoping to work with a different time frame.
How is payment handled?
To book your event, a 50% deposit* is required. The remaining balance, if any, is due no later than one week prior to your event date. If your guest count is higher than originally scheduled, we will charge accordingly per additional guest. We typically require payment via debit or credit card.
How far in advance do I need to book my offsite event?
We usually require at least two weeks’ notice for offsite events. We will do our best to accommodate events with less notice, but we need adequate time to ensure your event runs perfectly!
Do we get to choose what we paint?
Yes! Your guests will all complete the same painting. You can select one from our current gallery linked here, or our artists can create a custom painting for you for an additional fee.
What am I required to provide for an offsite event?
In addition to the venue, we only ask that you provide the tables and chairs, and any food or beverage you would like for your group. We’ll take care of the rest!
