What is required to host a virtual event?

We require the minimum cost of 10 people to book and host your virtual event with us.

All of our events are held in Eastern Standard Time, please be mindful of this when booking your event.

What’s included in a virtual event?

Our party planning team will work with you throughout the planning process to ensure a successful event, including choosing a painting from our art library. Your session will be led by one of our expert instructors in real-time, while interacting with your friends, family, or coworkers. The cost of your event includes the supplies and we will ship everything you need to each participant ensuring everyone is fully equipped to follow along.

How do I receive my supplies?

Upon booking your event, you will be given the option to enter the shipping address then, or choose to supply the addresses later, using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please be advised we require all shipping at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure they are received in time for the event.

Can supplies be sent to multiple addresses?

Yes! If you’d prefer, you may send them to each of your guests. You may do so at booking or via the link in your confirmation email.

Can I commission a custom painting?

Absolutely! Have a mascot, family crest, corporate logo, or sentimental landscape you’d like to create? We charge a flat fee of $150 for a custom painting. We’ll work directly with you on inspiration and your vision for what you’d like to paint.

What is the duration of the event?

Our virtual events run approximately 90 minutes, and we schedule them hourly between 10AM and 8PM, EST, pending availability. We suggest signing in up to 15 minutes early as all events begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

How will I join the event?

You will receive a Zoom registration link leading up to your virtual party. Please register and share the link with your guests to ensure all are registered prior to the event.
